Should Barron Trump be drafted – or left alone to keep building his $150m fortune? | Arwa Mahdawi

Prominent Maga bros have suggested the 20-year-old son of the US president should be called up this year, writes Arwa Mahdawi. Why does this seem so vanishingly unlikely?

There should be a law in every country that if the state initiates a draft all their eligible family members of those in power should be drafted for the front line first or else the firing squad. No exceptions.

He should be the first to be drafted, and sent straight to the front, as an inspiration to the youth of America.

Barron reportedly has a $150 million fortune. Tell Trump that he’ll inherit it if Barron dies, and he’ll put Barron on the front line tomorrow.

I agree that Barron should be on the list like everyone else, but first on the list? Should the child suffer from the sins of his father? That’s a tough one. I think the Bible says yes on that one but I’m still not sure.

Didn’t they already preemptively announce that Barron is ineligible for military service because he’s too tall or some shit? As clear a signal as you can get that a draft is at least being discussed.

Imagine that! 150 million=150 houses that normal people would dream of owning and living in them for the rest of their lives forever. Its actually shit money if you think about it, but its big enough to employ a good 100 people.

Agreed. Any politician who votes for war, should lead their troops into battle like the old kings.

Meanwhile at home, they can appoint someone to fill in their seat until (if) they return from war.
