You can tell she’s an idiot because the animals have significantly different body language. Also dogs don’t generally poop in a litter box.
Theoretically it should be possible to litter train a dog.
You could but it stinks, dog poop has a way stronger smell. Some people train their dogs to use the toilet which is a lot of work and doesn’t really reduce the number of walks you need to take.
Shit like this is why I could never be a cat person.
