The one time I would not be in favor of due process would be if Trump sent him to El Salvador. A side effect could be that Musk’s lawyers might even be able to fix due process for everyone. If not, he rots in a foreign prison. I see no downside.

If the Trump administration spends a lot of resources trying to suppress the billionaires, that would lead to fewer resources available to suppress the general population.

To amplify the latter, we should make sure to spread on social media how JD Vance was chosen by Musk and other billionaires so as to undermine JD Vance’s support among the Republican base should the billionaires replace Trump with him.

Musk has been involved in a lot of lies, stock manipulations, insider trading, and clearly some criminal negligence at tesla. And he comes from a well known criminal family.
